Question by D_Yon: What is the safest way to clean and disinfect children’s toys?
I am mainly concerned with the hard plastic toys. I remember seeing a commercial for a cleaning solution that was safe to use, but I can’t recall it exactly.

Dettox (Dettol?) Sanitizer. Looks like a bottle of water. The TV advert showed a mum wiping down her babies high chair tray and then the baby ate food straight off of it so it must be safe

Obviously you’re asking from the US. Never heard of Clorox in the UK
